Tot Shabbat Services and Dinners

Families with children ages five and under celebrate Shabbat in a kid-friendly service. Tot Shabbat includes singing, dancing, blessings and a short story told by one of the rabbis. Every other month, families with young children enjoy an informal Shabbat dinner.

Shabbat Sha-boogie: Family Shabbat Service

Families with children in elementary school come together with clergy and staff for a high energy, abbreviated Shabbat service with stories and songs followed by an informal pizza dinner.

High Holy Day

Children's programs beginning at age one are offered on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, as well as afternoon services that include a skit designed to explore a lesson of the season.

Sukkot Open Homes

Join other families in a member's home to celebrate this festive holiday, where everyone can shake the lulav and the etrog.

Chanukah Latke Dinner

Celebrate Chanukah with latkes, dreidels, candles, songs and a story at this fun-filled dinner.

Tu Bishvat Seder

A special seder, designed for young children, that tells the story of the holiday.

Celebrate with Family and Fun — Join together for an informal Shabbat celebration. Rabbi Rosenwasser will lead singing for families with children ages 0-5 years to celebrate Shabbat together, including a delicious dinner! RSVP to the Education Office, (650) 493-4665 by Thursday, March 1, so we know how much food to order.
