Tikvah Peer Support

Tikvah Peer Support

Tikvah Means Hope The Tikvah Program offers congregant to congregant compassionate support for our members who are facing a life challenge. The program matches congregants in need with a volunteer who is trained to provide support in times of crisis. Volunteers often have personal experience with the challenges being faced. All contacts are strictly confidential and may extend over several months.

Tikvah Support Can Help with Life's Challenges
Tikvah Program volunteers* are trained to help with:

  • Grief and Loss
  • Acute Illness
  • Separation and Divorce
  • Job Loss
  • Parenting Challenges
  • Addiction
  • Mental Illness
  • Other Life Crises

*The Tikvah Program is a lay support program and does not replace professional counseling.
