Annual Giving

The Beth Am Annual Campaign raises funds for general operating support of our congregation. Did you know that membership dues and fees generate only about 80 per cent of the funds needed to run Beth Am? This gap is a fact of life for virtually all synagogues. We look to the generosity of our members to help ensure that we can continue to provide an enriching array of programs and services for all our members, regardless of their ability to pay the full cost. We hope every family will participate at a level that is meaningful for them. Gifts to the Annual Campaign are recognized via the following circles, representing Jewish scholars, sages and sacred items:  

Maimonides Circle ($10,000 and above)
Rashi Circle ($7,500 - 9,999)
Akiva Circle ($5,000 - 7,499)
Hillel Circle ($3,600 - 4,999)
Ner Tamid Circle ($2,500 - 3,599)
Menorah Circle ($1,800 - 2,499)
Shofar Circle ($1,000 - 1,799)
Mezuzah Circle ($500 - 999)
Yad Circle ($180 - 499)
Chaverim ($180 and below)
