Our tzedakah donations for February will go to the special dental clinics of AKIM (Association for the Habilitation of the Developmentally Disabled) which provide preventative therapy as well a early intervention, enabling patients to enjoy a better quality of life, better health and more acceptance in the community.

Judaism commands us to give to those who are in need. At Congregation Beth Am, we strive to fulfill that mitzvah. Each month, funds are collected through the Tzedakah Box Project to go to a charitable cause that serves the needy.
Read moreThe cause rotates each month between a local organization and one in Israel, or occasionally to an organization that supports recovery from a natural or man-made disaster elsewhere in the world.
