Confirmation meets weekly, during the regular school year, Tuesdays, 6 - 8 p.m.

Confirmation students study pressing issues facing young Jews today with Beth Am clergy and educators. A portion of the sessions will be geared toward learning how to organize and advocate for what we believe in as Reform Jews, culminating with a required L’Taken Social Justice Seminar in Washington, D.C., January 10-13, 2014.

Toward the end of the year, we will look inward and reflect on what Judaism means to us as we create a meaningful and engaging Confirmation program. All confirmands are highly encouraged to participate in the Beth Am NFTY in Israel trip in the summer of 2014.
