2. I represent that I am a member of Congregation Beth Am. I understand that the online membership database is a service of Congregation Beth Am to its Members, and that its use must be confined to Congregation and social uses.

3. I agree that I will use the information provided in this database only for Congregation Beth Am and social uses, and that I will not use the information for any kind of solicitation of members, or for commercial or non-Congregation Beth Am purposes.

4. I further agree that I will not disclose or distribute the information provided in this database to any third party.
