Congregation Beth Am

Beit Midrash Teen Program

What should Jewish teen education in our congregation look like?

It should:

  • create a cohesive distinct Confirmation community
  • give students a nurturing venue to shape their Jewish identities, beliefs, and values
  • prepare teens for Jewish adulthood by making them knowledgeable in applying tradition to their own lives
  • help teens build an understanding of their connection to the Jewish community and the State of Israel
