Beth Am Women Past Presidents’ Oral History Project:

We Carried Torah 2015

As a gift for Beth Am’s 60th birthday celebration in 2015, Beth Am Women recorded video interviews with 12 past presidents of Beth Am Women about the changes to Beth Am’s sisterhood over the years. Those twelve recordings, as well as a short video summarizing some of the highlights of the history of Beth Am Women and a group interview, can be viewed from this page. Highlights from the transcripts of the interview with each president were edited into brief narratives, which can also be viewed from this page. The complete booklet of narratives is available to download and view as a PDF.
