Rosh Chodesh Nisan - Creative Dance

A Beth Am Women Group

Explore Jewish mystical teachings related to the month of Nissan through movement, music, free-style dance, art and writing. The workshop opens with blessings, song and teachings about Nisan, followed by gently-guided movement explorations and free-form dance inspired by a custom-designed music playlist. Integrate your experience with art, writing or rest. No previous experience with dance or Judaism necessary. Please wear clothing in which you can easily move.
