This program is presented by Beth Am's Health Initiative, which helps our congregation fulfill the Jewish mandate to care for our physical and emotional health.

Robin Wedell is Director of HeartFit For Life at the Cardiac Therapy Foundation and has been affiliated with HeartFit For Life since 1992. She has had over 35 years of experience working in cardiovascular nursing, in both primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease. She has worked as an educational consultant and research nurse, and has co-authored several publications in the field of cardiovascular nursing. In 2010, she was inducted as a Fellow by the Preventive Cardiovascular Nursing Association.
