Updates from Our New Member System -- ShulCloud
Our new member management system ShulCloud is working well! This year's membership renewal process will be managed online. Look for an email asking you to confirm your commitment level. In addition, we have begun sending our Yahrzeit notices by email. The subject line references "Your Upcoming Yahrzeit."
Remember, with the new system, you can manage your own account, sign up for events, make donations and secure payments and see a directory of our members (when logged in). Accessing the system is easy through a link on the Beth Am home page (marked Members). We are finding it to be a very user-friendly and efficient system. We hope you will, too!

Q: What about members who do not have email access?
A: They will continue to receive correspondence by regular mail.
Q: What if I do not want to make payments online?
A: You may continue to send in checks or call the office with a credit card number to make payments.
Q: How do I determine what information is shared in the online member directory?
A: Click here (you might need to log in) and select what information you would like to share with other members who are logged in.
Q: What if I never received the email inviting me to create my profile?
A: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office at (650) 493-4661 and we will send you a new email invitation.
Q: Does my "old" Beth Am password still work?
A. No. The old system is no longer in use. With ShulCloud, you are asked to create a new password of your choosing.
Q: ShulCloud doesn't seem to be working properly on my computer. What do I do?
A: ShulCloud works best on Chrome, Firefox or Safari browsers. Please use one of those.
Q: I see something odd in my account balance. Who do I contact?
A: Please contact the Beth Am accounting office at email@example.com or call Karen at (650) 493-4661.
