Beth Am Women Rosh Chodesh -- Cheshvan: From Darkness to Light: Creating the Year You Want to See

Tuesday, October 20, 2020 2 Cheshvan 5781

7:30 PM - 8:30 PMZoom Videoconference (RSVP for access details)

Anxiety getting you down? News stressing you out? Not sure what the new year will bring, but ready for a change? Come join other Jewish women in welcoming the new Hebrew month – Rosh Chodesh Cheshvan, sometimes called "Mar Cheshvan"— bitter Cheshvan — for the month's lack of holidays.

Join for a hands-on, positive and creative way to grapple with and envision the year to come. Lisa Rauchwerger will lead us in a therapeutic, hands-on way to set goals and envision a year that YOU would like to see, from the comfort of your own home, using materials you have on hand.  No experience necessary. All women welcome.  Please gather the materials below before you log on for the session:

  • old magazine/s/newspaper/s you can cut up
  • scissors
  • glue/gluestick or tape
  • a piece of cardstock or paper 8.5'' x 11'' or larger
  • colored pencils/pens/markers (optional)
  • a flat surface on which to work

To receive Zoom access details, RSVP to Lisa, (877) 321-7925.

Rosh Chodesh is a program of Beth Am Women.
