December Tzedakah Box Supports Victims of the Devastating Camp Fire
This month Beth Am continues to collect funds to help victims of the devastating Camp Fire. The deadliest fire in California history has killed scores of people and destroyed more than 9,000 structures, virtually wiping out the town of Paradise. Thousands are living in tents and temporary structures, having lost everything they owned. The Jewish Federation of the Sacramento region has opened a fund to help those affected by the Camp Fire; 100% of donations will be allocated to the victims of this tragedy. Your generous donations will help to purchase food, clothing, medicine and other necessary items for those who have been displaced and must rebuild their lives.
Your generosity will enable a robust and effective response both immediately and throughout the long recovery process.
To make an online donation, visit the Beth Am donation page and click on "Tzedakah Box" from the list of funds. Or, your donations may be placed in any of the tzedakah boxes on the Beth Am campus (in the Sanctuary foyer, Beit Kehillah or Administrative Office). If you prefer to make your donation by check, please make it payable to Congregation Beth Am and mail to: Congregation Beth Am, Attn: Tzedakah Box – Camp Fire, 26790 Arastradero Road, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022. Thank you for your support.
