Hagigah Winter Play Elias Tours, Ltd.

Hagigah celebrates Jerusalem and its early Kings, exploring the struggles of the brave, selfless, and sometimes flawed Jewish leaders in overcoming insurmountable challenges to produce some of the greatest periods in Jewish history. Set in modern-day Israel, a class of students is on a field trip to the Old City of Jerusalem in preparation for their big history competition the next day. Two friends get separated from their class… and end up on a magical journey through space and time, led by a mysterious – and vaguely familiar – tour guide named Elias.

Filled with intrigue, witches, battles and an awesome soundtrack, Beth Am’s Hagigah Players are proud to present, Elias Tours, Ltd., written by Merav Berger and co-directed by Merav Berger and Cindy Weisberg.

Hagigah is looking for kid-sized black and brown judge/graduate/Jedi style robes by Wednesday, December 3. Please contact Merav.

Hagigah is a Beth Am Youth Education program in which children explore Jewish topics through the production of a winter play and spring musical.
