The Beth Am community gathers each Friday night at 6:15 PM to welcome Shabbat (come at 6:00 PM to enjoy snacks and hors d’oeuvres). Our worship services are musical, participatory and informal in spirit; they focus on helping us experience the spiritual renewal, peace, joy and sense of celebration that Shabbat can bring. Services usually include a teaching or sermon by our clergy, congregants or a guest scholar.
This year's Saxe Family Scholar-in-Residence guest speaker, Rabbi David Saperstein, will speak. Following his talk, there will be a Poltava Dinner. Please sign up for the dinner by Tuesday, April 17 using the online form at or by completing the downloadable sign up form (also available in the Beth Am office).
For more information, check out Our Services.
*This service will be live video streamed. By entering the Sanctuary, you give Beth Am permission to record you.
