Services In Person
Daytime services will be held on the Congregation Beth Am campus located at 26790 Arastradero Road, Los Altos Hills. Outdoor seating will be available on the Social Hall Patio. Morning family services (for 2nd-7th graders and their families) will be held at Mitchell Park located at 600 E. Meadow Drive, Palo Alto. Click on applicable service links below for details.

We gather (in person and virtually) PRIOR to the start of our Shabbat Shuvah service to dedicate the memorial plaques that have been added to the Memorial Wall.

As is our custom on Yom Kippur afternoon, Beth Am members will be offering learning sessions on a variety of Jewish topics. Enrich your Yom Kippur observance by learning something new! Please note: Registrations is required to receive Zoom access details for sessions held virtually via Zoom.

High Holy Day Food Drive
The High Holy Days are a time for personal reflection; they are also a time for us to share with those who are less fortunate. Every year Beth Am teens sponsor an annual High Holy Day Food Drive for the congregation — a longstanding Beth Am tradition. Please join us in supporting Jewish Family and Children’s Services’ High Holy Day Food Drive, Collection bins will be available at Beth Am throughout the High Holy Days. Learn more.

*About Fasting
Although it is customary for healthy Jewish adults (13 and over) to fast on Yom Kippur, Jewish law exempts some from the fast, and in fact requires them to eat. Exempt are: the very elderly, those who are ill, those who are pregnant or nursing and those taking medicine which must be taken with food or water.
