Welcoming Paige Kaplan As New Engagement & Experience Manager

We are thrilled to announce that Paige Kaplan will be joining the Beth Am staff as our Engagement & Experience Manager, as of April 19. This is a new role created as part of our strategic priority focusing on deepening member engagement, and it brings Beth Am in line with other large congregations who dedicate staff resources to this important function. In this role, Paige will work closely with the clergy, senior program staff and lay leadership to create a warm, vibrant environment for our members to engage fully in synagogue life.

Paige is no stranger to Beth Am. As a parent of three children, the youngest of whom will become bar mitzvah this summer, she knows well the impact of a strong Jewish community. Paige and her husband Mike have been members of Beth Am since 2004. With a professional background as both a management consultant and lawyer, Paige brings the analytical and strategic skill set to develop and implement systems to build member engagement and initiatives to attract prospective members. But more importantly, her warm and engaging personality will serve our community well in many ways as we move forward.

After a thorough search process involving the member engagement task force, and with input from the program team and other lay leaders, Paige emerged as the leading candidate. Her recent leadership roles with National Charity League and Jewish Families at Menlo School, combined with her commitment to and knowledge of the Beth Am community, make her a real asset to our staff and the future of our congregation. Paige is looking forward to meeting you soon.
