The Orchard's Honey Cake Bake, Games and Cider Party
Sunday, September 18, 2022 • 22 Elul 5782
1:00 PM - 6:00 PMSocial Hall and KitchenCome enjoy an afternoon preparing mini honey cakes for Rosh Hashanah, which are being home delivered to our Beth Am members who are 80 years of age and older. No prior baking skills required! While the cakes bake, we'll have lots of games (including Apples to Apples Jewish Edition and Curb Your Enthusiasm the Game), snacks and on-theme refreshments (Angry Orchard apple cider anyone?).
Come join at any point in the afternoon between 12:00 to 5:00 PM. Please register for the event to help prepare to have enough ingredients for honey cake baking. If you’re able to sign up to deliver some of the cakes, you’re doing a double mitzvah! (Delivery sign up will be available at the event.)
