This year’s Thank You event may look a little different than usual (over our screens rather than in person), but we are thrilled to continue our tradition of showcasing the wonderful talent found right here in our Beth Am community in our annual celebration of your generosity. This year has required extra commitment from so many of our members — but together we have thrived throughout the extraordinary challenges of the last year. Join us for A Feast of Gratitude: Aperitifs, Appetizers and Appreciation, a live cocktail and cooking demonstration with the fabulous Erin Gleeson of The Forest Feast. Erin is a New York Times bestselling author of four beautiful cookbooks (with a fifth one in the works), inspired by her home (with Rabbi Jon Prosnit and their three young children) in the forest of Woodside, as well as travels abroad. Erin has been featured in many local and national media outlets, including CNN, The New York Times, People magazine and Parents magazine. Erin will come to us live from her home in the forest, leading us through a demonstration of some of her favorite recipes from her most recent cookbook, The Forest Feast Mediterranean*.
