
Screening and Discussion of Yair Qedar’s "Gay Days"

In Partnership with the Oshman Family JCC in Palo Alto and the Jewish Community Library
A screening of selections from renowned Israeli filmmaker Yair Qedar’s Gay Days. Qedar (via Zoom) will be in conversation with Arthur Slepian (founder of “A Wider Bridge”), exploring media as a window into Israeli society and culture, and the LGBTQ movement in Israel and the Bay Area.
New Lehrhaus has established a fund to support future programs in memory of Ilan Vitemberg, which will showcase the subjects and methodology that were the hallmarks of his many years of teaching in the Bay Area Jewish community.
Free of charge, but registration is required.
