How might we age with joy and resilience? Please join these monthly conversations, in which we look for wisdom in our Jewish tradition, as well as relevant modern sources. Each time, a specific topic is briefly addressed by one of our clergy or a trained Wise Aging facilitator. After questions and comments, you are invited into break-out rooms for reflection in small groups.
To receive Zoom access details for the series, please log in to and register using the form below.
You may want to obtain the book which inspires us, Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience, & Spirit by Rabbi Rachel Cowan (Author), Dr. Linda Thal. It can be found on Amazon or Kepler's Books and Magazines*, a local Menlo Park-based bookseller.
*We enjoy a partnership with Kepler's Books, which will donate a portion of your purchase back to Beth Am each time you shop — as long as you enter Kepler's site through the Beth Am website. You may also generate a contribution to Beth Am when you shop at the Kepler's Books store in Menlo Park by mentioning Beth Am at the register.
