Join for a community-wide day of tikkun olam (repair of the world) as part of a national day of service to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The Oshman Family JCC is thrilled to partner with the City of Palo Alto and Youth Community Services for a special day of community service.
This intergenerational event will feature a range of activities for individuals, children, teens and families. Choose from a wide variety of service projects including making meals for those in need, visiting Holocaust survivors, working on environmental restoration, putting together "Thank you" packages for healthcare workers and much more.
Registration is now open! Mitzvah Day at the Oshman Family JCC, taking place each year on MLK Day, has welcomed more than 10,000 volunteers since its inception. Be part of a community-wide day of doing good for others. Please take a look at the projects available and sign up today — spots fill up quickly!
