Taught by Melissa Kelley, LMFT and Shari Grande, LCSW
Join this online two-part series taught by Melissa Kelley, LMFT and Shari Grande, LCSW which will explore how we can support our teens through the pandemic while also seeing opportunities for growth. Recognizing that this is truly a year like no other, Melissa and Shari will share tools and resources to help us best support our teens’ resilience. This series will provide opportunities to:
- Increase your understanding of how typical teen development is at odds with the reality of the pandemic
- Identify concrete actions to help teens cope during COVID
- Learn how to reframe current struggles so that you and your teens can experience post traumatic growth (including closer relationships, increased gratitude and deeper meaning in life)
- Review red flags that help you know when your struggling teen might need outside help
Regular price for the two-part series is $50. Register online.
