The Vigil is written and directed by Keith Thomas in his feature directorial debut: a young man's journey over the course of an eventful night, in which, serving as a shomer in the house of Holocaust survivors in Hassidic Brooklyn, he has to face his own demons and intergenerational trauma, in order to reclaim his Jewish identity.
The online screening will be followed by a Q&A with Keith Thomas and surprise cast members, and will be available between February 4-11.
