Guest Ticket Ordering

Welcome!
We look forward to having you join us during this High Holy Day season! Please register using the form further down on this page.

Member households receive High Holy Day tickets (the week of August 18) for all household members as part of their regular annual membership. We encourage you to consider becoming a member of Beth Am.

We will strive to honor all requests. If, at the conclusion of ticket registrations, the in-person requests for seating in the Sanctuary exceed the seating capacity for any service, then you will be notified of additional seating options.

Note: Registration and receipt of High Holy Day tickets does not guarantee seating in the main Sanctuary for all services. We are planning for a possibility of demand for seating in the Beth Am Sanctuary and Social Hall exceeding available seats. If this occurs, you will have a choice between selecting seating on the (tented) Social Hall Patio and in the Beit Kehillah with services livestreamed on large screens. The Beit Kehillah will also have an in-person leader and Torah.

We use name badges as High Holy Day tickets for all adults. This helps us welcome all and improve security.
Name badges will be available at will call at services for guests to pick up.

We offer five types of guest tickets for services:

  1. Relative of Beth Am member — $100 suggested minimum donation
  2. Community guest — $360 suggested minimum donation
  3. Guests 36 years old or younger — $36 suggested minimum donation
  4. Full-time student, teacher, or active-duty military guest — complimentary
  5. Member of another URJ congregation (reciprocity) — complimentary, after completing this URJ request form

For families: Beth Am's tot and family services are free of charge and open to the general public.
For the ticketed 10:30 AM Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur morning services, we offer complimentary childcare provided by Youth Education (adult) teachers for children ages 2-11. Registration is required

This year our High Holy Day services will be held on Beth Am's campus, with the exception of Family Morning Services to be held at Mitchell Park in Palo Alto and Tashlich service on Rosh Hashanah afternoon held at Palo Alto Baylands Sailing Station.

Guest tickets are available here to attend all of our primary in-person services on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Name badge tickets for all adults will be required at the door. We are planning for a possibility of demand for seating in the Beth Am Sanctuary and Social Hall exceeding available seats. If this occurs, you will have a choice between selecting seating on the (tented) Social Hall Patio and the Beit Kehillah with services livestreamed on large screens. The Beit Kehillah will also have an in-person leader and Torah. Thank you for your grace and generosity if we find ourselves in this situation.

Regular annual membership includes High Holy Day tickets for members of the household, and we encourage you to consider joining us

Please fill out this form for your entire household (only one form can be submitted per household).
Note: Due to a technical problem, if the form submit button is greyed out and not working, please close this webpage and start over. Technical support is aware of the issue and will be fixing it soon.

Accessibility Requests
Beth Am strives to ensure that everyone, regardless of their abilities, is able to participate equally in everything we offer, independently and with dignity. We make every effort to ensure our programs, equipment, and facilities are accessible.

A limited number of large-print prayerbooks are available to borrow on the day of each service. You may also purchase a set from CCAR.

If you require an accommodation not listed here in order to participate, please contact the Beth Am office at info@betham.org or (650) 493-4661.
Transportation and Parking
In order to be together as one community for these High Holy Days, we need to address our limited parking. Once again, we are partnering with Stanford Medicine for overflow parking this year, but to ensure adequate spaces, we are asking members to carpool, use a ride-share service (Lyft or Uber), bike, or walk to services.

We are especially requesting that folks volunteer to drive with others who live in their neighborhood. Thank you for helping to make these special days run a little smoother for everyone!

Areas of the parking lot will be marked for disabled-person parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your input is always welcomed and appreciated. If you have a question or a concern that requires a response, please contact the office at info@betham.org or (650) 493-4661.

When you submit this form, you will continue to the payment form. Note that your registration is not complete until the payment form is submitted.
Please click on the "submit" button below to proceed and confirm your choices.

If you have a total amount for guest tickets, then you will next be shown a payment page.

Your choices have been accepted when you see a "Success!" message appear.

Please note: Name badges (which will serve as your High Holy Day tickets) will be available at will call at services for guests to pick up.

If you have additional questions or concerns, please email us at info@betham.org.
