May Tzedakah Box and Fund in Focus: Beth Am's Social Action Emergency Relief Fund
Our Tzedakah Box and Fund in Focus collections during this time of pandemic are devoted to Beth Am's Social Action Emergency Relief Fund. This fund, established to provide crucial assistance during times of natural disaster, helps members of our congregation who are experiencing financial distress due to the impact of COVID-19, and are having difficulty paying for rent, groceries, medical expenses or other necessities. We also draw from this fund to help support non-profit organizations in the local community who are providing assistance to our neighbors in need.
