Tikvah Emotional Support Program
Beth Am's Tikvah programs offers one-to-one emotional support for our members who are facing a life challenge. Right now Tikvah volunteers are available to provide emotional support to help cope with our current COVID-19 crisis, through up to six personal and confidential phone calls. The program matches congregants in need with a volunteer who is trained to provide compassionate support in times of crisis. For more information or to request Tikvah support, send an email to tikvah@betham.org.
Contribute to the Beth Am's Social Action Emergency Relief Fund
Our Tzedakah Box and Fund in Focus collections during this time of pandemic are devoted to Beth Am's Social Action Emergency Relief Fund. This fund, established to provide crucial assistance during times of natural disaster, helps members of our congregation who are experiencing financial distress due to the impact of COVID-19. Learn more or make an online contribution.
Request Help Through Beth Am's Social Action Emergency Relief Fund
Emergency grants are made to Beth Am members who have lost income due to the COVID-19 crisis and need assistance paying for basic necessities such as housing, food or medical care. At this time, grants are one-time. Depending on the demands on the fund, and the depth of the funds available, additional grants may be offered at a later date. Please complete a simple online form to request financial assistance.
