The YES Tea is a biennial Beth Am Women event to honor women from the Beth Am community who have made outstanding contributions to Beth Am Women and to our entire congregation in support of youth, education and special projects. This celebratory event recognizes these women and their contributions in a warm, inviting atmosphere that promotes and builds community.
The YES Tea also raises funds to support the important work of the Youth, Education and Special Projects (YES) Fund of the Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ). This Fund provides grants to Reform Jewish institutions and individuals worldwide to strengthen Reform Judaism by supporting clergy, cultivating women’s leadership and advocating for social justice.
The entire Beth Am community is invited to join BAW as we honor these five exceptional women:
- Diane Rauchwerger — Youth
- Lisa Rauchwerger — Education
- Deborah DeFilippo — Special Projects
- Micaela Hellman-Tincher — Special Projects
- Caryn Huberman — Special Projects
