Calling all Beth Am cyclists! Join for a bike ride with a rest stop that includes some learning together. We will enjoy a 26-mile ride with 1,454 feet of climbing. For location of the learning, please contact Beth Am member, Rachel at Rachel.fish@gmail.com, (510) 495-5764.

Beth Am is partnering with Chai Cycle, a Jewish community whose members find meaning and experience Jewish community through bicycling and text study. If you like Jewish text, ideas and stimulating conversation, this is the cycling community for you!

Non-riders welcome to join us at Portola Valley Library at 10:30 AM for the learning segment of our morning.

Meet in the lower parking lot of Congregation Beth Am at 8:45 AM to prepare to set out by 9:00 AM. Must bring a helmet, water bottle and tire change kit.

For more information and/or to RSVP, please contact Rachel at Rachel.fish@gmail.com, (510) 495-5764.

*Typically, the group rides 12-15 miles, stops for a 30-minute conversation/text study, and then continues to ride for another 10-15 miles. Non-riders join for the conversation, bringing coffee and nosh. Recent discussion topics have included:
