We look forward to having you join us during this High Holy Day season! This is the time of year when we hear the call of the shofar and celebrate the start of a new year. Our spirits are lifted as we are called together with friends, family and community members from all over the world for a time of reflection and renewal. See below to learn about our 2023 High Holy Day season.

Parking and Accessibility Information
As was the case last year, we have secured parking at the Stanford medical offices across the street at 1050/1070 Arastradero Road. It is a short 5-minute walk to Beth Am, and there will be a parking attendants. Give yourself a little extra time to find a spot, and we encourage you to carpool. Consider printing and bringing the parking reference map with you.
Any driver with a passenger who uses a wheelchair or has low mobility is welcome to pull to the accessible parking entrance at the back of the campus loop to drop them off before going to park their car. Accessible parking is available on a first-come basis (no passes will be issued).
Beth Am strives to ensure that everyone, regardless of their ability, is able to participate equally in everything we offer, independently and with dignity. We make every effort to ensure our programs, equipment, and facilities are accessible.
Please use the registration form to request the following:
- Wheelchair seating/Wheelchair companion seating
- Assistive hearing headset device
- Large-print prayer book (limited number to borrow)
A limited number of large-print prayer books are available to borrow on the day of services. You may also purchase a set from the CCAR at this link.
If you require an accommodation not listed on the registration form in order to participate, please contact the Beth Am office.
Livestreamed High Holy Day Services
Most services will be livestreaming for those who are unable or uncomfortable with attending services in person. Look for this symbol to identify services to be streamed. Please check your email for access information (sent 9/15 @11:00 AM). Livestreamed services will NOT be available on social media platforms. Note: Music at streamed events is licensed via JLicense.com.
Service/Program Registration Form for Beth Am Members
Members should use this form to register by Friday, September 1 for all services and for babysitting during the late morning services.

If you have tried troubleshooting using Tips to Solve Problems Connecting to the Livestream and are still having trouble, please email streaming@betham.org to share any issues you are experiencing. We cannot provide real time assistance with requests, but will respond when we can. Most inquiries are responded to within 1-2 days.
Guest (Non-Member) Ticket Orders
Orders can be placed for guest tickets for non-members, then picked up during the week prior to services in the Beth Am administrative office during business hours (Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-4:00 PM), or at the Will Call Box before each service. (Purchased tickets will not be mailed.) This is to ensure our members can be accommodated in our limited seating. The deadline to order tickets for non-members is Friday, September 1.
Book of Memory
Beth Am's Book of Memory is once again digital this year. This book is a Beth Am tradition and a way of honoring relatives and friends who have died either in recent months or in past years. See the digital Book of Memory. The deadline to submit a name/names is Friday, September 10, 2023.
